How do I return an item?

RETURNS

We hope you love the item(s) you purchased from White Orchid LLC! In the event you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM(S)

If you received a damaged or incorrectly shipped item from White Orchid, LLC please contact Customer Service (within 72 hours) by completing the online form located under the "Contact Us/Customer Service" section. CLICK HERE for form. Complete all fields and provide detailed information regarding the reason for your return in the "Message" field. Please provide as much information as possible. We may ask you to provide images if they will help in the matter of processing your return. Once we receive this information from you, we will provide you with specific return instructions. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging along with the original shipping receipt within 10 calendar days from the shipped date to qualify for a refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned item(s). White Orchid, LLC has the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards and return policies. Refused returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Merchandise must be purchased directly from WhiteOrchidStyle.com to be eligible for a refund.

Eligible items in their original condition may be returned to White Orchid, LLC within 10 calendar days after delivery of the merchandise. Items returned after 10 calendar days and without prior notification will not be refunded. All eligible returns will be credited back to the customer's original from of payment excluding any shipping costs.

Shipping fees for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless a shipping error occurred on our behalf.

Items accepted for returns must be in the same condition in which they were sent. "SALABLE CONDITION"
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All original tags attached
  • Must be new, unworn and unwashed (showing no signs of wear or damage in any way)
  • Free from odor
  • Must be unaltered
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom / Special Orders
  • Pierced Earrings (Due to hygiene)
  • Sale / Markdown items
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash at anytime

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


Return Instructions:
White Orchid, LLC must be notified of all returns. Eligible Items may be returned within 10 calendar days after delivery of the merchandise.

  1. Contact Customer Service by completing the online form located under the "Contact Us/Customer Service" section. Complete all fields and provide detailed information regarding the reason for your return in the "Message" field. CLICK HERE for form.
  2. Once we receive your completed information, you will be issued a Return Authorization tracking number (RA#) and a prepaid USPS shipping label.
  3. Securely pack and seal the items you are returning along with your original sales receipt. (Please write the RA# you were given on the sales receipt).
  4. Use your original package/box if possible and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package.
  5. Head to your nearest United States Post Office and mail out your package.
