Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed and availability and credit card verification have been confirmed, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Product availability is not guaranteed. White Orchid LLC will notify you if your ordered item is currently out of stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

What delivery method do you use?
Our current carrier and delivery method is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are based on the date your package is shipped from our Chicago location, and not from the date you initially placed your order. We will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Expedited Shipping - All orders must be received by 12:00 pm CST.

White Orchid LLC does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. If an invalid address is provided, we may contact you for an alternate address, which may cause a delay in processing and shipping of your order. To prevent undeliverable shipments, please make sure the shipping address you entered is correct.and provide us with the most accessible phone number in the event we need to contact you.

Delivery dates may vary according to USPS and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to control your order after it leaves White Orchid, LLC and we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays by the USPS or for lost or stolen packages. If you want your package to arrive by a certain date, we highly recommend you purchase an upgraded shipping method for an additional charge.
